    • Returns will only be accepted for items that were damaged during transit or were received in a defective condition. General wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the customer, or misuse of the item will not be considered eligible for return under this policy.
  5. Return Shipping: We are pleased to offer free return shipping for items being returned due to damage or defect. The prepaid return shipping label provided by our customer service team should be affixed to the package.
